Thanks to a hard-fought 1-0 away win, the Austrian side need only to avoid defeat at home against Swedish visitors Mjällby. Can the club from the small village of Hellevik pull off a miracle, or will they have to settle for a place in the Conference League?

Tactical Analysis: Red Bull Salzburg

Danny Röhl’s men struggled to impose their favourite status in Sweden, snatching the victory only in the dying minutes. They dictated terms with over 70% possession and patiently built positional attacks. However, in the second half Salzburg started to allow dangerous counterattacks that nearly cost them the result. In the final third, the "Bulls" periodically lacked the incisive passes needed to consistently crack a packed defence.

At home the coaching staff are likely to tweak their attacking approach. Salzburg will try to move away from crossing into the box and instead have their inside forwards drift into the half-spaces.
